Where do we ship to?
We ship to almost every city in the UAE. We do not offer an international shipping option currently, but we hope to offer it in the future.

How long does an order take to process?
We strive to process orders within 24 working hours and, in most circumstances, to satisfy orders within 5 working days; nevertheless, please allow us 7 working days to complete orders. Order delivery times may vary during busy seasons (following/during product launches, holidays, and special promotions).

How long does it take to ship?
We dispatch confirmed orders within 24 hours. Your tracking number will be sent to you after shipment. We do our best to fulfil your expectations, but postal/carrier delays, logistics, poor weather, or other factors may cause delays.

How can you track your order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Cancellations

You can cancel your orders by writing to us at our email ID – arjana.official2@gmail.com or please call us at +971503470450 (Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 8 PM), and we will help you cancel the order.

How will I receive the refund for my cancelled order?
Prepaid orders will be refunded to the bank account/credit/debit card, or other payment method used within 7-14 business working days. We will be able to credit the original mode of payment, but we cannot refund it to another card.
Please note: Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

RETURNS AND REFUND

Thank you for buying from Arjana Beauty. We make all of our products with the highest care and awareness of the majority of skin types. If you are still dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us, and we will do all we can to assist you. Please create an unboxing video for simple reference.
We offer refunds / replacements only in the following cases:
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired product delivered
  • Damaged product delivered – Physical damage
  • Missing product
Step 1 – Raise a request within 2 days from the date of delivery along with an unboxing video through email – arjana.official2@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +971503470450 with pictures of the issue you are facing and your order ID.

Step 2 – Allow us 48 working hours to review your request.

Step 3 – On reviewing your request, we will send our courier partner to collect the product delivered to you.

Step 4 – After your product(s) is received, we will verify it and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly.

Under what situations are returns/replacements denied?
  • Products opened/used/altered.
  • Missing mono boxes, labels, etc.
  • Two days following delivery, a return/replacement request is created.
  • Two days after delivery, the damaged/missing merchandise is reported.
