How does it work on the skin?
How do you use our 100% Natural Moroccan Red Clay
- Prepare: Mix a small amount of the red clay with a few drops of our 100% pure virgin argan oil and water or rose water to form a smooth paste.
- Apply: Spread the clay evenly over your face, neck, and even body if desired. Avoid the eye and lip areas.
- Wait: Let the clay sit for about 10-15 minutes, or until it starts to dry. Do not let it completely dry, as this can dehydrate the skin.
- Rinse: Wash off with warm water, using circular motions to gently exfoliate.
- Moisturize: Follow up with our original Moroccan Cream with Argan Oil, to keep your skin hydrated.
Ingredients
Silica: One of the most prominent components, silica is excellent for exfoliating the skin and helping to rebuild connective tissues in the skin.
Iron: Iron oxide gives the clay its red colour and helps in skin regeneration.
Magnesium: Known for its anti-inflammatory properties, magnesium in Moroccan red clay can help reduce acne and other skin irritations.
Calcium: This mineral plays a crucial role in cell renewal and can enhance skin clarity and elasticity.
Potassium: Important for maintaining the skin’s moisture balance, potassium in the clay helps to hydrate and moisturise the skin.
Sodium: Works to improve the skin's barrier function, helping to keep harmful contaminants out while retaining moisture

Things to keep in mind
Patch Test: Always conduct a patch test before using a new skincare product.
Hydration: Moroccan Red Clay can be drying if left on the skin for too long. That’s why it's best to mix a little bit of our virgin argan oil and always moisturise with our original Moroccan cream after use.
Frequency of Use: Depending on your skin type, use 1-2 times a week to avoid over-drying.
Sun Sensitivity: Your skin may be slightly more sensitive to the sun immediately after use, so apply sunscreen if heading outdoors.
Shipping
We ship to almost every city in the UAE. We do not offer an international shipping option currently, but we hope to offer it in the future.
How long does an order take to process?
We strive to process orders within 24 working hours and, in most circumstances, to satisfy orders within 5 working days; nevertheless, please allow us 7 working days to complete orders. Order delivery times may vary during busy seasons (following/during product launches, holidays, and special promotions).
How long does it take to ship?
We dispatch confirmed orders within 24 hours. Your tracking number will be sent to you after shipment. We do our best to fulfil your expectations, but postal/carrier delays, logistics, poor weather, or other factors may cause delays.
How can you track your order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Cancellations
How will I receive the refund for my cancelled order?
Prepaid orders will be refunded to the bank account/credit/debit card, or other payment method used within 7-14 business working days. We will be able to credit the original mode of payment, but we cannot refund it to another card.
RETURNS AND REFUND
We offer refunds / replacements only in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Expired product delivered
- Damaged product delivered – Physical damage
- Missing product
Step 2 – Allow us 48 working hours to review your request.
Step 3 – On reviewing your request, we will send our courier partner to collect the product delivered to you.
Step 4 – After your product(s) is received, we will verify it and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly.
Under what situations are returns/replacements denied?
- Products opened/used/altered.
- Missing mono boxes, labels, etc.
- Two days following delivery, a return/replacement request is created.
- Two days after delivery, the damaged/missing merchandise is reported.
